The Central Williamson Creek Advocates Creek Adopters, an Adopt-a-Creek Group, and the South Austin Creek Alliance will meet at the gate at 5012 Brighton Road and walk down to Williamson Creek together. We will be working to help clean up the section of the creek we adopted to honor the legacy and continue the stewardship of Tom Donovan. Please join us. We will have trash bags and pickup tools available to borrow. Please register via the GivePulse website, so we know who to expect and so we can show your involvement. This work day will focus on trash removal from Williamson Creek. Parking is on-street, so carpooling is recommended if possible. There is Poison ivy in the area, so you may want to wear pants and bring your work gloves. Please wear closed-toe shoes. Hope to see y’all there!
